General Contracting Service for Large Projects:

  • Preparation and solicitation of general maintenance bids, meet with contractors, obtain bids and submit to board /owners
  • Provide board with multiple bids
  • Negotiations of bids
  • Assure contractor is properly licensed and insured
  • Review work related change orders and implement same
  • On site supervision of work to be performed
  • Approval and authorization of payments
  • Final inspections, check list preparation reviewed with contractor
  • Interface with union representatives when necessary

Additional Services

Mid-Valley also provides an added feature which most property managers do not offer, that is in-house maintenance capabilities including general maintenance and emergency repairs. We carry liability and workers compensation insurance.Our skilled workers are available to address your maintenance needs.
